Subject: Trail Angel near Steven’s Pass, WA
Message Body: I love to assist PCT hikers in whatever ways I can, from rides between Steven’s Pass and Skykomish, WA, (or Dinsmores Hiker Haven in Baring, WA), to hosting overnight at my property, (14 mi west of Steven’s Pass/2 mi east of Skykomish), to providing meals, etc. – whatever you need, it is my pleasure to provide, if I am able. I am retired, and am an avid hiker, (trail name PIPER) hoping to thru-hike PCT NOBO myself in 2021. I have a shower and a sleeping loft in my cabin, (but no laundry), as well as outdoor fire pit and plenty of space for tents. I am willing to take you to the laundromat in town two miles away.
Feel free to contact me anytime – I’d love to meet you. You are welcome here at “Lehman Haven”, even at short/no notice.

Phone 206-331-0237, but NB I don’t answer calls from numbers I don’t recognize, so it’s best to send SMS text or PM with your message/request, identifying yourself as a hiker.

Comment: We are both avid hikers. We’ve done sections of the PCT, part of the AT and last year thru hiked the Wonderland Trail. We regularly stock a cooler with drinks and snacks at the Urich cabin at Government Meadows. We have done laundry for people staying over a few days, have contacted friends and family since there is little cell service in the area, and have even contacted law enforcement when needed. We had an impromptu engagement party of beer and pizza for a couple thru hiking when a relative contacted us and let us know they were in the area. When we are not on the trail ourselves, we could provide transportation from Chinook pass into Greenwater or Enumclaw. Tel: 360-663-0810
