Atlantic City St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church Trail Angel Box

Name: Cheryl Hodge
Comment: Hi! I am the contact person for the Atlantic City
St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church Trail Angel Box. The supplies in the box are provided by a grant from the Episcopal Diocese. The box is located in the church sanctuary where Trail people are invited to restock, recover, and restore. I would like to get this information out to Trail people coming through Atlantic City and South Pass Wyoming. Please let me know how to get this information out to CDT hikers and bikers. Thank you . Cheryl

Trail Angels in Burkes Garden, VA – Appalachian Trail

Trail Angels don’t grant three wishes to thru-hikers on the Appalachian Trail — unless they are wishing for cold water, free food they didn’t have to carry or some other creature-comfort not easily found on the trail.

We’re told: Don’t trust people you don’t know.  Never take candy from strangers.

We believe: Trail Angels are different.

Need an example?  How about the folks in Virginia at Burkes Garden Central Lutheran Church.  They practice what they call “AT Trail Hospitality.”

Coast to Coast Sweden: Trail Angels of the year

First and foremost: Martin och Christina, our mobile super-Trail Angels. Best catering ever this year. The filé of pork with chanterelles at Grönö was great, but the Babaganosh at Hössjön was this years favorite, according to several hikers.
